Infocycle fulfills each segment of the Enterprise Information Lifecycle (EIL) with appropriate service offerings. These include defining and specifying issues via high-quality consulting services, assistance with product evaluation and procurement, the overall management of delivery and detailed management of key functions like installation, service delivery, quality performance and target-meeting.

Our general aim, in both our own service delivery and service management, is to meet both government and industry quality standards, to insist on the best both from ourselves and suppliers, to communicate clearly and honestly with partners and to meet the goals. Service offerings often require input from a number of internal and external partners; we work to ensure these operate well together and aim to construct a good but work-focused atmosphere on major projects.
