The reality of information work in today's public sector organisations requires the wide use of both structured (like databases, highly templated and managed documents and spreadsheets) and unstructured (eg, freely edited or creative) content. Enterprise Information Management (EIM) is an emerging field, in which Infocycle specialise, that aims to create systems and information solutions to bridge the unstructured/structured gap and create software and processes that match real life working.

 A range of product vendors including many of the main players in the Enterprise Content Management field are deploying products in the EIM field and these require specialist knowledge to support deployment, integration and further development. Infocycle is particularly knowledgeable in some of the key product offerings from IBM, Oracle, Microsoft and EMC and will leverage this knowledge for clients.
