In a sense, all activities and engagements we perform are consultancies since we try at all times to advise, support and benefit customers in all possible commercial, technical and goal-meeting ways. This requires a very high level of commitment from our consultants to each part of the customer requirement, from analysis and specification, to understanding the customer's business, organisational goals and imperatives and to coming up with real, practical and focused solutions.

Infocycle has access to a wide range of consultants and consultancy services in all aspects of the web business, including e-media consulting, management and CRM, large web projects, ECMS and EDRMS, knowledge management and search technology and business processes and business development.

Information management consultancy is a maturing business with an increasingly well defined and semi-static ruleset for defining tasks, managing implementations and deciding approaches. Whilst Infocycle is knowledgeable of, and works to a high standard in, key frameworks, we always look for both innovation and practicality and do not wish to rigidly apply "formula" consulting. We also work on behalf of our customers with external consultancy suppliers to ensure that rigid working methods do not interfere with delivery or customer reactiveness.
