James Bottomley

James Bottomley is the founder of Infocycle. After working in the public sector and for NGOs as an information analyst and database programmer, he became deeply interested in the Internet as it developed and took part in some of the first website developments in the early 1990s. After 1995, he managed one of the first cybercafes in Britain, developing commercial websites and then worked extensively in content management and enterprise information management for a wide range of public and private sector clients, including Reuters, EMC Saatchi, Mediasurface, OUP, British Army, Cranfield University, Warwick University and for EU Commission Agencies, NGOs and central government agencies in the UK.
