Our consultants have worked on a number of assignments for various constituent organisations that comprise the United Kingdom justice machinery, primarily aimed at maximising efficency and increasing performance, particularly in our work designing and improving organisational structures and processes.    Additionally, we have advised government departments on procurement strategy, tendering, bid evaluation and candidate selection.
